Apple Pie: An American Story

The person who worked as a enginer in my flat,
cooked Apple pie for us.

There are many many apples in our garden,
so I have too apple to eat.

Any way, that apple pie was not bad, very cute and horrible big.

I ate a little by litte, every day.
At last, I finished haveing that today.
It was really hard time.
But it would be good time, because according to some book, an apple a day keeps away from a doctor.
So I am healther than before.

The International Society

I went to the International Society to resister.
This building is based on Oxford Road.
However, this was once based on Gaskell House.
According to Gaskell society's web site,
Gaskell house at Plymouth Grove is used as an International Student Centre.
I am very suprised because Gaskell House is the place where I work as a volunteer.

The building is quite nice, and a confortable place to stay.
There are many posters including advertisements such as language classes, looking for flat mates and events.

Perhapus, this society will be useful to live in Manchester.

Cranford

My friend asked me that
"We very much enjoyed "Cranford" last night. Did you see it?"

Nowadays, Many people wach on TV Drama『Cranford』which was written by Mrs Gaslkell.
The TV Drama is often appeared in local newspaper and Radio because Manchester's people like it.
Perhaps, the story is located to Manchester or around them.

There are also posters about it in Gaskell House.
I really want to watch that TV programme, however I cannot do that because I do not have TV.
I will watch that of DVD in future.
