salford

salford crescent

I went to salford by train.
It cost 1.30,
I think it was not cheap but not too expensive.
Salfod where is not so exciting place to visit,
However I had something to do there.

To compere with Manchester,
I am not sure but I afraid that salfod is less enjoyable atmosphere.

But I really want to know something good or exciting of salford.
If you know salford well, I would be very grateful to know about salford because I come to be interested in it.

Danish Rice Pudding

デンマークfood.JPG
My neighbour who come from Denmark brought rice pudding as a Denish food.
I am so keen on Denish food because it is first time to take it and I like milk products.
He added Cinnamon sugar and Butter to the pudding, this makes it more heavy protein and thick taste.
Indeed, the taste was too strong and too heavy for Japanese to eat.
I was afraid that my stomach would be upset due to the highest fat and protein in my life.
However I like it as long as I have it once a year.
Also I think this kind of food should be good for my health because I am skinny and perhaps lacking nutrition a little.

How should I do?

Today, I took IELTS examination in Manchester.
I think my listening skill is relatively more improve than before.
However, my speaking is terrible.
What is a shame!
Indeed.
I have no idea what is the best way to improve my speaking skills.
On the other hand,
in listening, reading and writing, there are many idea of improving English skills.

My strong Japanese accent is the worst obstacle when I try to brush up my speaking.
Also, it is always difficult to say something in English because grammatical order is completely different form each other (English and Japanese)

What should I study?
What is the strategy for my problem?
How should I do now?

Seoul Kimchi

I sometimes go to [Seoul Kimchi] because I need Soy sauce.
they sell bottles of soy sauce but it is not same as Japanese.

Do you know the shop is written on M.E.N about 2 month ago.
If you missed, please check wed site here (←click).

Korea is the nearest country from Japan, therefore I relatively feel familiar to Korean people than other nations.

I like the shop because there are not only Korean foods but also Japanese foods albeit it is very small amount.
Mainly, I buy soy sauce, dried seaweeds and soba.

Battery

My wrist watch had not been worked since last month.
I was used to go to watch shop to change battery when I lived in Japan.
However I have no idea what I should do in the UK.
I went to some shops to ask if they can change battery of my watch.
Unfortunately, I could not find a proper shop.
Also I was not sure how much it costs.
In Japan, it costs between 4-5 pounds per each change.

Today, I asked a worker who came to my flat to fix something.
He is very kind man.
He brought batteries and changed old it to new.
One of Amazing things is the batteries which are more than 10 cost only 2 pound.
Another amazing is to change battery is not so difficult.
I thought that only trained person can change battery of wrist watch.

Next time, I will change battery by myself.
It is really good idea, isn't it.

Questionnaire

I study kinds of research methods recently.
Today I send Questionnaires to Japan.
It costs 17.50 pounds, too expensive to send e-mail.
Anyway,
my questionnaire is responded multiple choice and likert scale.
I think it will be less bother people who are answering.

My research is regarding health care and nursing education in Japan.
Perhaps, this piece of research will be great study.
I am looking forward to coming back the Questionnaires.

Collecting Perfume

One of my favourite things is to collect bottles of Perfume.
I like Fragrance which make me something special, also it changes easily atomospher to more comfortable.

This is a list of my favourite things.
* Aromatics Elixir by Clinique
* Happy by Clinique
* Baby Doll by Yves Saint-Laurent
* Green tea by Elizabeth Arden
* Light blue by Dolce & Gabbana
* Tobacco Flower by The Body Shop

This last thing which I mentioned is fantastic scent despite coming from Tobacco.
It is amazing but it is true, I love it "Tobacco Flower Fragrance".
I completely dislike cigarettes because smell is terrible smokey and it should cause many disease.
However the flowers are completely opposite, it's scent is nearly fairy tale and princess story.
Of course, the bottle of design is perfectly elegant.
